Great staff members here, they offer a shuttle service around town. The air conditioning in the room kept turning off even when the fan was set to "on," but at least there was a fridge 🌬️.

Great view of lake!
Came in at 5:00 and only 3 spots left in the ramp. Had to park our car in a spot that had about 3 inch clearance on both sides! Hope you have a good driver with or the rest of the guest learn how to park within their lines!

Comfortable stay with a nice room having a king bed and two queen beds, along with a handy fridge. 🛏️ The interior was cozy and relaxing.

Great location near the farmers market with nice views of Lake Monona.
You have to run the gauntlet of an entire village of homeless people sleeping outside - at least 50 people just a block away - when returning to your hotel in the evening. While they are harmless, this is quite unsettling.

The young front desk staff was shortv& rude! It was not explained at all to me that a $215.95 hold would be put on my only debit card..as I pd in cash on my checkout. Now I was without money for all day sat. And Sun.and through this Wed.VERY Inconvenient!!! Here I sit with no money. My heart dropped when I saw this on my bank acct. Literally sick to my stomach..had to cancel plans for the rest of my weekend.

Our room was a corner suite on the 12th floor overlooking the lake, it had beautiful views all day long.
The business center here was a little lacking. No fax or scanner made it difficult to keep up with ourbusiness back home. We ended up at kinkos- which is only a little over a mile away- several times.

The Hilton Madison Monona Terrace is an incredibly beautiful hotel and a great base for a four-night stay in Madison. The room was warm, neat, and the bathroom was nice. The hotel offers a good selection of facilities including a safe box, cable TV with on-demand movies, and a microwave oven.

The location of the hotel is great. The public areas are quite nice and the staff are all superb. Our room was spacious (for a hotel) and had a beautiful view of Monona Terrace. The room had free wifi that worked well and an empty frig that was good for leftovers. The restaurant had a very good breakfast buffet. There were two comfortable chairs in the room in addition to the desk chair.
The moment we walked into the room I could smell old cigarette smoke. In the middle of the night I woke up smelling old smoke. The odd thing is that the foul smell was strongest in the closet.

Everything you would expect at Hilton
The walls were thin, or the guy next to my room was really loud
